I have been working professionally with dogs for 10 years, but my experience with animals is lifelong. I was lucky enough to grow up on a ranch with horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, and just about every other critter you can imagine. That is where my love and passion for animals began- and it’s what inspired the heart behind this business. Now I get to do what I love most: making dogs happy through thoughtful training and adventures!

There’s always one special dog that completely steals your heart, fills your soul and is forever with you even when they depart. Gracie, my first dog as an adult, showed me how magical life with a dog can be — that deep bond and sense of partnership set the bar for what I knew was possible. When my second dog, Poppy, proved to be more challenging, it was the connection I shared with Gracie that inspired me to dive deeper into dog training, all in pursuit of the best possible life — and relationship — with Poppy. Along the way, I’ve attended numerous training workshops, learning under some of the top trainers in the industry. This education and my skills built through years of hands-on experience with client dogs have shaped me into the trainer I am today!

My approach to training is balanced and relationship-based, with a strong focus on meeting a dog’s natural, biological needs through structure, movement, and healthy socialization. I believe that fulfilling those needs and building a strong relationship between dog and owner are key to lasting behavioral change. My goal is to help foster that relationship between you & your dog and find positive outlets that are mutually beneficial. It brings me so much joy guiding owners toward a calmer, more connected life with their dogs!
